Spring Hotels is delighted to inform you that the renowned Travelife certification body has granted Spring Hotels the Gold Award for Sustainability for the Arona Gran hotel. This recognition is a true milestone achievement for the chain, as of the 5 participating hotels from around the world, only Arona Gran Hotel has met the participation criteria set out by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council.

These criteria cover matters such as carbon emissions, biodiversity, human and workers’ rights, child protection and animal welfare, so being one of the few hotels to have met them places Spring Hotels right at the forefront of this new model of tourism, a model built on the pillars of sustainability, innovation and inclusion, and one that Spring Hotels has been promoting for some time through Spring Ozone, the Strategic Sustainability Plan.we
