April 15 - Emirates operates limited passenger flights:

• Emirates is operating limited passenger flights to carry travellers outbound from the UAE to some destinations
• Current flights are operating from Dubai to: London Heathrow (four times weekly), Frankfurt (thrice-weekly), Manila (15, 16, 20, 22 and 24 April), Algiers (16 April), Taipei (18 April), and Chicago (18 April)
• Stringent entry restrictions remain in place at these destinations as well as others across the world; travellers advised to check before travel
• Safety and wellbeing of customers and crew remain Emirates’ top priorities
• All Emirates aircraft will go through enhanced cleaning and disinfection processes in Dubai, after each journey

 

How to book your ticket?
To book your ticket on emirates.com please select the “one-way“ option when you select dates in the booking flow, and select the date that you want to travel. If you choose a return flight, no available flights will show.

Please note that if a flight is sold out it will show as not applicable. You can check the weekly calendar at the bottom of the page to select the next available date.

Flights to Tunis and Algiers are not bookable via emirates.com or the travel agent. If you are a citizen and would like to travel back home, please contact your embassy for more information.

 

What are the destinations that I can fly to if I am eligible?
Currently you can travel to London Heathrow (four times weekly), Frankfurt (thrice-weekly), Manila (15, 16, 20, 22 and 24 April), Algiers (16 April), Taipei (18 April), and Chicago (18 April).

 

How do I check if I am eligible to travel?
If you are considering booking one of these flights, you will need to check entry criteria on the IATA information page and eligibility from the respective country government guidance to ensure you are able to travel.

 

Do I need to contact my embassy?
As these are flights sold and operated by Emirates, you do not need to contact your embassy for any further travel permissions/documentation.

 

Can I book this ticket via a travel agent?
Yes, you can book these flights via a travel agent.

 

What are the items allowed in the cabin?
Cabin baggage will not be accepted on these flights. Items allowed will be limited to laptop, handbag, briefcase or baby items; any other items will have to be checked in.

 

Can I check-in online and choose my seat?
No, online check-in is not available on these flights. However Emirate's operational teams will pre-assign seats following social distancing rules.

 

What products and services will I have on these flights?
Emirates will operate a modified inflight service programme on these flights. Onboard Free wifi will not be available. Magazines and other print reading material will not be available, and while food and beverages will continue to be offered on board, packaging and presentation will be modified to reduce contact during meal service and the risk of infection. Emirates Lounges and Chauffeur-drive services will be temporarily unavailable during this period.

 

Can I change my destination or refund my ticket?
No, if you change your mind about travelling after you have booked these flights, you can’t change the destination and the ticket is non refundable.

 

What is expected from me?
The flights will be operated from Dubai International airport Terminal 3. You will need to arrive at check-in 3 hours ahead of departure to avoid any delays. Please bring your own face mask, hand gloves and abide by social distancing rules. You will also have to undergo thermal screening procedures at the airport.
